There's no special intro course or separate beginner program. You walk in, join a regular class, and get started. Every class has members ranging from their first week to several years of experience — all training side by side.

EXTRA ATTENTION

When you're new, our coaches give you more one-on-one attention during class. They'll walk you through every movement, correct your form, and make sure you feel confident before adding intensity. You're never left to figure it out on your own.

SCALED TO YOU

Every workout is scaled to your ability. Can't do a pull-up yet? There's a version for you. Never touched a barbell? We'll start with the basics. The movements are the same for everyone — the weight, reps, and complexity adjust to where you are right now.

FIND YOUR ROUTINE

Most members train 3-5 days a week. Classes are 1 hour — arrive 10 minutes early. As you get comfortable, you'll find a rhythm that works for your schedule.

A GOOD STARTING APPROACH

Try working out two days in a row. On day three, check in with how your body feels. Need rest? Take a day off, then come back for two more. Feel good? Come in and train, then rest on day four. Find what works for you — once you have a routine, stick to it and watch the results come in.

WHAT TO EXPECT

WEEK 1

Learning the movements. Everything feels new. That's normal.

WEEKS 2-3

You start getting comfortable with the flow of class. Movements feel more natural.

MONTH 2+

You notice physical changes. You're stronger, moving better, and looking forward to the WOD.
